How are business decisions made when sales, finance, marketing, and company growth all need to be managed at the same time? How should a company respond to competitors’ actions and changing market conditions? These questions will be explored through the Entrepreneurial Business Simulation Game – an interactive project that provides a practical introduction to how businesses operate.

Participants will take on the roles of business owners and managers competing in a shared marketplace. Each team will manage its own company and make decisions related to pricing, marketing, investments, staffing, and service planning. All companies will compete against one another, and the consequences of each set of decisions will become visible after every round of the simulation.

During the event, participants will progress through different stages of business ad market development. They will analyze company performance, read competitors’ strategies, and adjust their own plans in response to changing market conditions. Through this hands-on experience, participants will gain insight into how companies and markets function in practice.
